Focused on the nuanced connection between breathwork, mental wellbeing and physical performance.

3 Phases of learning, and 9 Modules covering Mind, Body and Spirit.

This program is designed to provide you with a Swiss Army Knife-like understanding of the breath and its personal and professional benefit.

Built to flow on each preceding module, this breathwork model commences with a focus on The Body – Phase 1 – where an understanding of the muscular mechanics and chemical changes will allow you to get more out of your body.

The Mind is the focus for Phase 2, where we dive into the way that the physical action of our breath can impact our mind. The techniques here are focused on regulating our nervous system in order to help us feel our best.

Phase 3 is centred around The Spirit – touching on energetics, somatics and behaviours and how they shape our mind and body from the top down. The techniques within Phase 3 are designed to help you blow off some steam.

Each phase consists of three unique breathwork techniques to add to your repertoire, for a well rounded education on the ins and outs of breathwork.
